We provide unlimited email and telephone support which is absolutely free for simple queries that are not covered by our ‘Welcome pack’. We encourage you to call us, as this can prevent those costly mistakes caused by ‘getting things wrong’.
More lengthy advice or research may incur an additional fee, but this will be discussed and agreed beforehand. You will NEVER get an unexpected bill from us.
Chris will be able answer most of your queries, but some will be referred to Shirley or John. If they are not available to take your call, then Chris will arrange a call-back at a time to suit you.
